Vegetarian Hakka Noodles

Vegetarian Hakka Noodles



An Indo Chinese Platter is incomplete without noodles. And Hakka noddles is most popular and easy to make out of the various variety of noodles.

I personally love them, easy to make and filling too..:) :)

These noddles serves a very good option as party special in potlucks, get together and small parties too. Kids love them and so does adults...:D

Sharing my way of making them..

Ingredients
- noodles ( boiled Al- Dante)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed/powder
- 1 medium sized onion finely sliced
- 1/3 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/3 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/3 cup finely chopped carrot
- salt to taste ( keep it little less as we are using soya sauce too)
- 1.5 tbsp is soya sauce 
- 1.5 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 1 tbsp red/ green chilli sauce or sambal
- chopped spring onion greens for garnishing

Process
1. Take a big wok on medium flame add heat the oil
2. Now turn on the flame to high and quickly add onion,cabbage carrot and salt. Sauté this for about a minute or two.
3. Now add capsicum and sauté for another minute.
4. Add boiled noodles.
5. Quickly add soya sauce, schezwan sauce and chilli sauce. Toss the noodles nicely to ensure they are well coated with the sauces.
6. Add pepper powder and mix well.
7. Turn off the flame and garnish with spring onion greens.

Your awesome noddles are ready, your kids will love them for sure..:) :)
